Nach längerer Zeit mal wieder ein paar Updates der Culture Group:

Seit unserem letzten Beitrag hatte die Gruppe bereits zwei Auftritte im Center for National Culture. Die Auftritte fanden im Rahmen eines Jugendkulturprogrammes statt, bei dem Schüler verschiedenster Schulen ihr Können in Theater, Tanz, Gesang und Poetry unter Beweis stellen konnten.  Die größte Bestätigung bekam die Gruppe durch eine weitere Einladung zum nächsten Event im Juli. Dafür will die Gruppe die Tänze mit einem Schauspiel erweitern. 

Franziska, Alina und Saskia, die nach einem halben Jahr zu Besuch zurück sind, sind nach wie vor begeistert von den Fortschritten der Gruppe und konnten über viele neu erlernte Tänze staunen.

Unsere Hoffnung ist es nun, eine Partnerschaft mit einer anderen internationalen Schule aufzubauen, um das Bestehen der Gruppe zu gewährleisten und unsere Leidenschaft mit anderen zu teilen.

It’s been a while since last time we posted news about the Culture Group for you. 

Since our last post the Group performed twice in the Center for National Culture (CNC). The program was meant to create a platform for students from different schools to present their talent by dancing, drumming, acting and singing.

We were honored by CNC with an invitation to attend their next event in July.  Therefore, the group plans to expand their usual dancing focus by the addition of drama in the next presentations.

Franziska, Alina and Saskia, who are back in Ghana paying a visit after half a year, are very impressed by the many improvements the group has made and were also astonished by some of the new dances the Group perform.

We are hoping to create a partnership with a school abroad with the idea support  the viability of our Culture Group and to keep sharing our passion with you all.
